Automatic Recurring Billing Agreement

Please read this Agreement carefully and have it available for reference before contacting NurtureTalk to cancel or adjust you subscription.

Frequency of Payments.
Payments will be made according to the plan selected

Monthly Plan – on the 30th day after the initial or last payment made

2 Month Plan – on the 60th day after the initial or last payment made

With the exception of the 12 Month Plan which does not have a recurring payment.

Payment will be charged each month according to the payment method selected upon subscribing. Please email us at info@nurturetalk.com to adjust payment method; we will submit changes or return questions within 24 hours. An automatic recurring payment in the range as described to you upon purchase will be made for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure.
If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. In the event any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by 10 days after the start of the latest billing cycle, your service may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, please or email info@nurturetalk.com at least five (5) days prior to your next payment date. Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment may take up to 24 hours to take effect. NurtureTalk does not refund subscription purchases for current subscription periods if cancellation is requested more than 3 days after payment for that subscription period.

Reestablishing Automatic Recurring Payment.
If you wish to reestablish your Automatic Recurring Payment after cancellation, we would love to have you back. simply visit the NurtureTalk Subscription Plan webpage and subscribe.

Changing Automatic Recurring Payment.
If you would like to change your automatic recurring payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card or bank account, you must authorize the recurring payment with the new credit or debit card or bank account by emailing us at info@nurturetalk.com. Your previously approved Automatic Recurring Payment will be terminated within 24 hours.

Access to Agreement.
To access this Agreement in the future through the NurtureTalk website, go to the home page footer navigation and click on “NurtureTalk Subscription Agreement”.

Electronic Authorization.
This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized on the NurtureTalk account.

AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS

By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize NurtureTalk to charge the full amount required by my rate plan (once every month or more less frequently as described) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and remit payment for my subscription to NurtureTalk. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
